This Shipping and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through the VOSD Corporation website and store. Proceeds from purchases help support the rescue, medical care, and lifelong sanctuary of animals under the care of VOSD Trust.

We currently ship physical products within India only.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders below ₹1000 are charged a shipping fee of ₹100.
Shipping Method
Most VOSD products are liquids or oil-based products and are shipped via SpotOn Logistics using surface shipping to ensure safe transport and delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after the order is confirmed and payment has been successfully received.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
You can track your shipment using the SpotOn tracking system.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- 1–2 days: Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai
- 2–3 days: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
- 3–4 days: Kerala
- 4–5 days: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan
- 5–6 days: Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Odisha
- 5–6 days: Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and other North-East regions
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, location accessibility, weather conditions, or other logistical factors.
Cancellation Policy
Product Orders
Orders for physical products may be cancelled before they are shipped. If an order has not yet been dispatched, customers may request cancellation by contacting the VOSD support team with their order details.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, customers may still request a refund under the applicable refund policy.
Services
Cancellation policies for services, including veterinary consultations or medical services offered under VOSD Advance PetCare™, may differ from product purchases.
Once a service has been scheduled or medical resources have been allocated, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
