This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made through VOSD platforms, including products, services, and medical services offered under VOSD Advance PetCare™, a division of VOSD Corporation. By purchasing any product or service through VOSD, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns & Refunds for Physical Products
VOSD may offer physical products such as merchandise, supplies, or other items through its platform.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was received damaged or defective
- The product delivered is incorrect
- The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories or documentation received with the product
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or opened
- Perishable items
- Custom or personalized items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Return Process
To request a return, please contact the VOSD support team with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable. Once the return request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy for VOSD Services
VOSD may provide services such as consultations, bookings, or program participation.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
Missed Appointments
If a scheduled appointment is missed without prior notice, refunds may not be issued.
Rescheduling
Where possible, services may be rescheduled depending on availability.
Refund Policy for VOSD Medical Services
VOSD Advance PetCare™
Medical services offered through VOSD Advance PetCare™, including OPD consultations, IPD admissions, procedures, and veterinary services, are subject to specific conditions due to the nature of medical care.
Consultation Services (OPD)
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. If a consultation appointment is cancelled before the scheduled time, VOSD may offer rescheduling or a refund at its discretion.
In-Patient Admission (IPD)
IPD admissions require advance payment. Refunds may be considered only if admission has not begun and medical resources have not already been allocated. Once treatment or monitoring has started, refunds may not be available.
Medical Procedures
For medical procedures such as sterilization programs or specialized treatments, payments are typically prepaid to reserve medical resources. Refunds may not be available once preparation for the procedure has begun. If a procedure cannot proceed due to medical or operational reasons, VOSD may offer rescheduling or a refund of the applicable fee.
Medical Decision Authority
All medical decisions regarding treatment, admission, or procedures are made by qualified veterinary professionals based on the animal’s medical condition. Refund requests will be reviewed considering the medical resources already utilized.
Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact VOSD directly regarding any payment concerns before initiating disputes through payment providers. VOSD will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
Policy Updates
VOSD reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the website and will apply to purchases made after the revision date.
