Owners are welcome to visit their pets between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM daily. We limit visits to two persons at a time to maintain a calm environment for all recovery patients.
We provide detailed WhatsApp updates twice a day (Morning and Evening) which include photos, appetite reports, and medical vitals. In case of any emergency, we contact owners immediately via phone.
The booking fee covers admission, basic monitoring, and standard nursing care. Specialized medications, surgeries, and extensive diagnostics are billed separately at the time of discharge based on the treatment plan.
Yes, you can bring home-cooked food if your pet has specific preferences. However, please consult with the attending vet first, as some conditions require strict prescription diets provided by the hospital.
